1.3 Calendar Integration

If you enable calendar integration, we access your calendar events to detect upcoming meetings. We only read event titles, times, and meeting links. We do not access other calendar data or store your calendar information on our servers.

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Cloud Storage

Your transcripts, summaries, and related content are stored securely in the cloud to enable cross-device synchronization. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption.

3.2 End-to-End Encryption (Max Plan)

Users on our Max plan have access to end-to-end encryption, where your content is encrypted on your device before being uploaded. Only you hold the encryption keys, meaning we cannot access your encrypted content.

3.3 Audio Processing

Audio recordings are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers. Only the resulting transcripts and summaries are retained. Audio data is deleted immediately after processing is complete.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party providers for payment processing, cloud infrastructure, and analytics. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• AI Processing: Audio transcription and summarization may involve third-party AI services. Data shared with these services is processed according to strict data processing agreements.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
